We have been doing this for over 10 years now and would like to assist your family in getting the results to match your vision. We follow a custom procedure to get a quote to your inbox and onto a successfully completed remodeling project.

First, we will set an appointment to meet with you at your convenience. We will measure the rooms for accurate ordering and labor estimates. We will get a feel for your style, design direction, and special considerations. Then it’s back to the office to start getting your free estimate together. Once we are satisfied with the estimate, we will send it off to your email address.

Next, we will check in with you after a couple of days to see if any questions or concerns have come up. If everything looks okay for both of us, we will be happy to sign you on as our newest customer.

After signing with Master Floors for your flooring remodel, we will get you on our production schedule and keep you up to date on any ordering needs. And when the day comes for us to start the demolition and removal of your old floor covering – or preparing for hardwood refinishing – we will keep our promise and get your job done like it was our own home.

Master Floors LLC was founded in early 2017 by master flooring installer/refinisher — Santos Rios. He had been working with another flooring contractor for over 10 years, picking up and perfecting the flooring-trades expert skillset he now offers Reno area homeowners.
