We specialize in providing construction services to local Government municipalities, Developers, Universities and other private clients. Our services include Construction Management, General Contracting and sub-contracting for our self-perform trades. Our completed project portfolio has a value of over $375 million dollars. With annual revenues of $20 to $30 million and an aggregate bonding line of $30 million, Keystone has been recognized as one of the “Top 500 Largest Hispanic Companies in the US,” by Hispanic Business Magazine and by the Capitol Region Minority Supplier Development Council as one of the “2016 Top 100 Minority Business Enterprises”. Keystone carries 12 preference points as a Certified Business Enterprise with LBE, SBE, DBE, DZE and ROB designations by the DC Department of Small and Local Business Development.
