Alpine Maids isn’t your average house cleaning company. We’re a Denver based residential cleaning service built on one simple idea: your home deserves care that’s consistent, thoughtful, and just a little bit obsessive.
Our founder is a former geologist who brought a scientific approach to house cleaning, starting with how we hire and train our team. We only bring maids onto the team when we can fully fill their schedule, and from there they go through an intensive training and mentorship program. Only about 70% of hires make it to the field, and once they do, they join a cohort: a tight-knit team assigned to your neighborhood, so your maid is learning the quirks of homes just like yours.
We’re not just sending someone to clean. we’re sending someone who’s invested in your home. Every maid is a full-time W-2 employee with benefits and a career path, not a gig worker. That means they stick around, they care more, and they clean like it’s their own place.
